Thank you for showing one of my listings. I’m looking forward to working with you!
For the most expedient processing of your offer, please submit as follows:
1. Click on “submit offer.”
2. Fill out the form. The offer will not submit until you have entered ALL required data!
3. There is a comment section for details that don’t otherwise fit.
4. Hit “Submit.”
5. You can now upload the contract, prequal, deposit check, etc. You may need to upload 2 or more smaller files rather than one huge one.
* Please include a prequalification letter and/or proof of funds for EVERY offer.
*** Tip. To view the number of offers currently being negotiated, click on the property address! Your offer will register there as soon as we have verified your offer package and actually submit it to the seller.
