The Sandi Bauman Team! at Chico Homes is looking for a transaction coordinator/assistant.
We are a top producing real estate team handling a large number of files for both retail transactions and REO properties. The pace is fast and furious, exciting and demanding! We have a beautiful office space, and a small friendly team with an excellent reputation within the industry.
We’re looking for an energetic, engaged individual who is ready to jump in. A critical thinker with an ability to streamline and improve our existing systems would be just the ticket!
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: managing both paper and online files, ensuring timelines are met, acting as a liaison between all parties, ordering reports and inspections, managing the vendor bid process, utility switch on/off, soliciting expense reimbursements, HUD review, soliciting signatures, answering phones, guiding co-op brokers on offer submission, etc.
Must have strong organizational skills, and an aptitude for reading and following complex instructions from our many REO clients.
