I am Tara Taylor, Realtor and “Buyer’s Specialist” for The Sandi Bauman Team! at Chico Homes. Our ‘Top Producing’ Real Estate TEAM specializes in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Originally from the Midwest, I was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana, in a desirable college town, much like Chico. I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 2001. After graduation, I quickly moved to California and found Chico to be a wonderful place to call home. After finding a new “home” in Chico, I earned my Real Estate license and placed my license with a boutique real estate office here in town. I am dedicated to my profession and I am one who truly loves my job (and this great town)!!
Every client deserves the utmost respect, loyalty, and a great home! My accountability and reliability towards my clients is an essential part of my real estate business. I am accessible to my clients and will return my calls in a timely manner.
