For the most expedient processing of your offer, please submit as follows:
1. Find the property in the list below and click on “submit offer.”
2. Fill out the form to the best of your ability.
4. There is a comment section for details that don’t otherwise fit.
5. Please note: the offer won’t submit until you have entered all required data!
6. Upload contract, prequal, deposit check, etc. by clicking on “browse.” It’s better to upload several smaller files rather than one huge one. If you are unable to upload, please fax or email offers to 899-7425 or sandi@sandibauman.com.
** Please include a prequalification letter and/or proof of funds for EVERY offer.
*** Double check before you hit submit that your docs are in the “browse” box!!!
