Please protect yourself, and guard against talking with strangers or anyone who can’t clearly identify himself as your actual lender.
I think anyone facing the possibility of foreclosure should consult with a licensed real estate expert. Many real estate agents don’t have experience with foreclosures, but in Chico, you obviously do. I hope you can help some Chico home owners out before the investors get to them.
