Interesting Stats on Chico Real Estate, Sandi. I hear a lot about how terrible real estate is in other markets, but when i look at your market statistics in Chico, I can’t help but compare them in my mind to our real estate market conditions in Alpharetta (Georgia). Your average DOM for a sold property is only 79 days? That is amazing. Our Days on Market for October for sold properties was 67 in Alpharetta, not too terribly different, with about a 95% sales price to list price ratio. Who says the market is so bad, huh?

I look forward to checking back to your blog and comparing Chico and Alpharetta real estate market conditions. Chico seems like a beautiful place to live based on some of the pictures on your blog.
